1 bedroom and 1 bath available in an amazing 2 bed 2 bath apartment!
Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate to move in at the beginning of June when my current roommate moves out. The apartment is located on the Upper West Side- 72nd Street between Columbus and and Amsterdam.
It is a large 2nd floor walk up in prewar building with new kitchen and bathrooms.
Your room has two window and a closet and you’ll have your own bathroom! The room fits a queen sized bed, a cabinet, and dresser or desk depending on the arrangement. See photos of the room with and without furniture( the room will not be furnished).
Perfect location on the Upper West Side. Located right between the 1,2,3, A,C, and B trains. 1.5 blocks from Central Park and so much more!
I’m gay, 30 and work in marketing. I love the arts, theater, comedy, reality TV, going out, cocktails, and having fun! I’m super clean and organized and like to keep the apartment like that. Ideally looking for a roommate that is also a friend. It would be great to hang out, go out, and have fun together.
Rent is $1750 electricity and internet are separate ( usually around $75 per person)
If you’re interested send me a message and we can set up a time for you to see the place in person.
