Hey Everyone I have 1 a huge room available in a beautiful 3-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment upper west side direct line to Central Park. Looking for the right fit!! Laughing and great energy a must!!! It in the hub of everything!!!
Looking preferably for people to stay the length of a years lease (May 1 2021 to April 30th 2022) but willing to discuss shorter arrangements as well. I am vaccinated - in case that’s important information to you!

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building. An open concept living room/kitchen area facilitates a warm communal living environment. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. We are pretty set with furniture, but willing to discuss if you have pieces that you are thinking.

I am a fun, and busy professional photographer I like to having a great time and also days of just being chill. I’m looking for 2 like minded, clean, reliable fun roommates - of any gender - to share a pre-war apartment on the UWS just a few blocks from Lincoln Center.
Your Rooms:
Room #1 ($1,200) is a large sized room with large oversized window, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. Currently fits a queen sized bed along with a love seat and dresser.
room have built in closets.
I don’t currently have one, but dogs are very welcome! There is also a great dog run nearby at 72nd and Riverside Drive.
If you love running/ biking or just chilling in the sun we are right in between Central Park and the River. Central Park’s best features: Sheep’s Meadow, Tavern on the Green, and Bethesda Fountain! Trader Joe's and Fairway are less than five blocks away, and Gourmet Garage close by. The building and neighborhood are safe and friendly and if your lucky you’ll get a spot for street parking.
First month and security needed upon move in. Utilities are not included and are generally around $80-100 a month per person.
