Room available in Lincoln Square!

Living room

We have one room open starting September 1st in our apartment. Looking for someone to sign on through the rest of the year; option to renew lease beginning Jan 1.

Location:
Lincoln Center is 2 blocks away, as is Sheep's Meadow at Central Park by Tavern on the Green. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is a 20 min walk away or a short bus ride. Bed Bath and Beyond and Century 21 are about a 5 minute walk, with Trader Joe's at 72 street and Columbus Circle a mere 8 minute walk with Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and all the stores you could possibly want. Loads of workout places that take ClassPass. No laundry in the building, but there is a laundromat across the street that does pick up and hang dries clothes at your request. Levain's Cookies is a constant temptation as are two public libraries. Subways include the 1 at 66th bringing you one stop to everything you need at Columbus Circle and 72nd Street 1,2,3 which brings you straight to Port Authority with endless options there.

The Apartment
We live in a pre-war walkup with high ceilings. We are on the third floor, sharing a modest living room, kitchen and bathroom. 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
We have a dishwasher too ????

The People
We're 20?s professionals (currently 1 female and 2 males, open to any gender roommate!) with big hearts and busy lives. We share responsibilities in the apartment and take turns with all we share. Being mindful of time and space is a must.
We are adults and expect everyone to clean up after themselves. We keep a quiet, peaceful home.
We are currently all working from home due to COVID so we are minimizing contact with one another and being mindful of shared spaces. During the pandemic, we are taking routine precautions (mask wearing in public, minimizing indoor interactions with others) and are minimizing having guests over - for us it is important to be respectful and communicative to make sure we are all comfortable in our living space!

Shared Bills:
High speed internet ($35/month and includes cable) gas, and electric and occasional costs of having the apartment cleaned (~30)
Hot water and heat included with rent.
