Room in 2br Lenox Hill (UES) - $1700

One room in a 2 bedroom apartment in UES - Lenox Hill. Looking for someone to replace my current roommate on the lease renewal from 6/1-5/31/2026.
Bedroom is a little small but decent for for the city - has space for a full bed, a dresser, and desk and it has has a closet and a window with good light. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is a 6th floor walk up, but there’s in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. Rent is $1700 a month for the room (whole apartment is $3550).
For utilities water is included, we pay electric, gas, and wifi, normally around $90ish. There’s a $500 fee for updating the lease (includes application, credit check and processing fees) + the $1700 security deposit.
20 minutes from Central Park and Trader Joes and Targets also near by. 10 min from the 72nd St Q and close couple of buses.
A bit about me - I’m 27 and work in an office most days. Generally, I’m pretty quiet and clean. Outside of work I like going to the movies, theater and museums. Let me know if you're interested or have any questions!
