Looking for a roommate to take over my roommates room in a true ground floor 2 / 2 in Lenox Hill on July 1st. Your share of the rent is $2,050 before utilities / internet, lease starts 7/1 (renewal due by 4/29). The room fits a queen bed, desk, and a wardrobe. The unit has an in unit washer (laundry facilities in building as well), dishwasher and living room. It’s ~4min away from the F / M and Q, ~7min from 4 / 5 / 6 / N / R / W, ~15min to central park. Unit is pet friendly, but I have a strong preference for a cat over a dog.

The first two pictures are the bedroom (which is basement level, no issues with bugs in my 2 years here), the second floor are the bathroom (on the ground floor), and the last two are the kitchen / living area (on the ground floor).

About me - I am a 24 year old male working in finance, originally from Miami. I’m very clean, very rarely host / have people over, and am generally easy going. I am a huge sports fan and like to run, try new restaurants, ski, and play soccer in my spare time. Happy to connect interested folks with my roommate to verify / answer any questions about me or the room.
