Cozy room on the Upper East Side

This is furnished room located in a two bedroom apartment on the UES available from the 1st of March.

It is ideal for someone who would like a cozy space to sleep and eat who doesn't spend alot of time at home and works during the day such as a student or young professional. I work evenings and I need access to the main bathroom to shower/bath.

Must be flexible with this setup as it isn't for everyone.

Comes with full sized bed, mattress, desk, wall cabinet storage, and a metal clothing rack you are more than welcome to use.

This room would be $1300 inclusive of electricity and internet per month.

Female preferred but not required.

This would be a month to month roommate situation with a signed and notarized contract between both parties

First month ($1300) and security deposit ($1300) required at time of signing and keys will be given at that time as well.

Security deposit can be used towards last month of rent so long as 30 days notice is given or returned upon completion of stay.
