Cozy room on the Upper East Side

This is furnished room located in a two bedroom apartment on the UES available from the 15th of June.

It is ideal for someone who would like a cozy space to sleep and eat who doesn't spend alot of time at home and works during the day such as a student or young professional. I need access to the main bathroom which is attached to your room to shower/bath daily and typically work evenings.

Must be flexible with this setup as it isn't for everyone.

Comes with full sized bed, mattress, desk, wall cabinet storage, and a metal clothing rack you are more than welcome to use.

This room would be $1500 inclusive of electricity/gas and internet per month.

Female preferred but not required.

This would be a month to month roommate situation with a signed and notarized contract between both parties. However I am looking for someone who plans to stay a minimum of 3-4 months.

First month ($1500) and security deposit ($1500) required at time of signing and keys will be given at that time as well.

Security deposit will be used towards last month of rent so long as 30 days notice is provided.
(This is to avoid my giving you your money back to then ask for it back as you will use it towards last months rent anyway)

In the past regarding moving notice what works the best including with my current roommate who is moving out I will request 60 day notice and will also guarantee I provide 60 day notice. Housing is challenging to both acquire a good place and to find good people and this request is to provide more time for both parties to secure the next step both as someone renting the room out and as you renting the room.

We will setup an initial FaceTime or video call viewing of the apartment then if we both feel it could work we will move forward with an in person viewing.
