🏡 Looking for a calm, convenient place to rest your head?
This cozy room in Lenox Hill is ideal for someone with a busy schedule who mainly needs a comfortable, quiet place to rest and recharge. The room can accommodate a full bed plus a small desk or dresser (a twin bed is recommended for more open space). It includes a closet and overhead storage. Some furniture is also available for purchase from the current tenant if you’re interested!

Please note: the room does not have a window facing outside, so it’s best suited for someone who spends most of their time out and about and values a peaceful, low-distraction sleeping space. We’re also happy to share a video of the room upon request.

🔍 About the apartment & logistics:
We’re two young professionals seeking a responsible, clean, and communicative roommate.
* Base rent: $1,159/month
* Approx. $1,250/month when including utilities (Wifi + ConEd)
* Upfront costs include a security deposit (refundable at the end of the lease term) and a one-time administrative/lease transfer fee ($780) required by building management
* Move-in by January 31st
* Your name will be on the lease with the option to renew at the end of May.

The apartment is in a super convenient UES location, close to Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, Crunch Fitness, CVS, Sephora, and more. Easy access to transportation with the F and Q nearby, plus N, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 lines within walking distance.

👯‍♀️ About us:
We’re Andrea (27) and Sherquan (26), both working full-time and in-person (in mental health and operations). We value open communication, mutual respect, and treating home as a place to unwind. Our household is welcoming and inclusive of people of all identities and backgrounds and expect the same energy in return!

🐈‍⬛ Bonus roommate:
Sherquan’s cat, Panda, is friendly and low-key. He enjoys naps on the couch, being pet, and supervising while you cook.
