Beautiful townhouse type apt with outdoor patio

This is charming townhouse type 3 bdr apt on 2 floors with brick walls, washer dryer and outdoor space. All rooms are far apart from each other and open to a pathway and not into living room or another bedroom, so each room has great privacy.

One of the rooms is a normal size which fits queen or any smaller size easily leaving space for closet, chest or desk.

The second room is small but has a loft style bed leaving lots of great space in the room for desk and other things. This room has high ceiling with a brick wall and a full size closet built in. I am open if someone doesn't want the loft style bed and want to bring their own bed. Single, twin or full size bed can fit. Queen can fit too but then there may not be much space left.

All rooms are furnished but I am open to renting empty rooms with an extra one time cost for disposing furniture.

The Apt is 3 bdr and has outdoor space where we do bar b q's. It's a nice brick wall apt. 2 blocks from the Q train and 3 blocks from 6 train. The apt has washer dryer inside the apt and again all rooms are far from each other giving a lot of privacy.
