Lenox Hill Apartment

One room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Lenox Hill. Looking for someone to replace my current roommmate on the lease renewal from 6/1-5/31/2026.

Bedroom is a little small but has space for a full bed and a dresser and desk and has a closet and a window with good light. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is a 6th floor walk up, but there’s in-unit laundry and a dishwasher.

Water and gas included, we pay electric and wifi, normally around $80ish. There’s a $500 fee for updating the lease (includes application, credit check and processing fees) + the $1650 security deposit. (Rent for the whole apartment is $3450)

Near the Q and a couple of buses. About 20 minutes from Central Park.

A bit about me - I’m 26. I work in nonprofit fundraising and work from home full time. Generally, I’m pretty quiet. Outside of work I like going to the movies, theater and museums.
