$1240 Fully Furnished UES Sublet (Upper East Side)

I will be leaving the country for a few months, and looking for someone to fill my fully furnished 1 bedroom, out of a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment from Feb-(end of) June!

Bedroom comes complete with a full-sized bed, proper desk space, full sized closet with wardrobe, and lots of hanging storage. Bathroom will be shared with one roommate during the week, with the other room having its own private shower (making it super easy for everyone to get up and out in the mornings!) Common area is fully furnished with a sectional couch, TV, and all of the basic kitchen necessities you will need.

Being one block from the new Q train and only a few more blocks from the 6 train at 68th Street, the location is perfect for getting almost anywhere in the city. With a 24-hour Morton Williams across the street, coffee shops, Duane Reade/CVS in walking distance, and one block from the East River running path - it is a great location for easy and convenient NYC living.

You will be sharing the space with two easy going and hard working roommates, who are great when we're all together, but are often on our own schedules. During the week, they both work late hours at Victoria's Secret and Google, often coming home just to crash or to occasionally share a glass of wine and catch up. Weekends are pretty mellow too, where everyone is pretty much on their own agenda either going out with friends or just laying low and to get some errands done.

I am currently working and living from the apartment (preparing for this trip!) and can be available to meet with anyone who is interested at almost any time of the day.
