-Bedroom A (Primary Flex - $1,365/mo): Largest space with direct window access and great natural light.

- Bedroom B (Secondary Flex - $1,270/mo): Medium-sized room with direct window access.

-Bedroom C (Interior Flex - $1,115/mo): Coziest space located centrally near the bathroom, ideal for budget-conscious renters.

Note: Utilities (electric, internet) will be split equally among the 3 of us.
