Room available in Midtown Manhattan!

Hi everyone! I’m about to love out from my apartment this summer, which I've truly enjoyed living in for the past two years, but looking for someone to take over my room.

The Room:
Private bedroom in Herald Towers, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan
Rent: $1,300/month
Cozy room that comfortably fits a twin or queen-sized bed, clothing rack, and even a nightstand lol, it up to you how you want to decorate and i can also leave some things in the room up for sale!

Kitchen, bathrooms, and common area/coat closets are shared with three other women who are super friendly and respectful.

Lease Details:
It would have to be a 2-month sublease first, because the lease ends August. Once August hits and lease renewal period begins, you can directly sign with the building with your name on the lease instead of mine

Building Amenities:
I love the 25th-floor lounge, which offers:
Amazing views of Midtown, Downtown, and even Central Park. They also have a huge space to work remotely or study. Also cool areas to relax with friends or play pool/poker at the social spaces.

Looking For someone in their mid to late 20s, who is clean, respectful, and responsible. We tend to take cleaning serious due to avoiding any pest issues :D , so someone who keeps the space clean is a priority.
