Subletting midtown luxury apt, master bed in 2b2b

I’m relocating to Europe and looking for a girl roommate to take my room aka the master bedroom for long term sublet / lease renewal
- Timeline: move-in mid-June, lease is up for renewal in Jan (rent controlled)
- Price: $2,800/month
- Room: The apartment is on the high-forties floor and south-facing, has plenty of sun light and amazing view of south Manhattan. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet (the room to the left of the kitchen in the video)
- Furniture: Queen bed and mattress, book shelf, floor lamps
- Common space: One roommate lives in the living room area and the space is divided by a floor-to-ceiling blackout curtain. Kitchen space shared among all three roommates
- Amenities: In-unit washer & dryer. 24h front desk / package concierge service; the staff is friendly and very helpful. The building is clean and safe
- Getting around: <5-minute walk to subway station, 10-minute subway ride to NYU campus and most midtown offices, 20-minute ride to Columbia campus
- Neighborhood: 5-minute walk to Target and H-mart, 10 minutes to Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s, and tons of restaurants around Midtown
- Roommates: both female; they both work full-time. They are respectful of others and would expect the same from you
- Pets: pets are allowed in the building; I had a toy poodle for the past four years while living here
