I'm moving November 1st and looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease, which is active until the end of July. No fees (beyond easy $20 application fee to the building) or security deposit. My room is in Herald Towers, a luxury building on West 34th. I have two nice roommates, and the gym, lounge, terrace, and rooftop with views of midtown, concierge, laundry room are all included. Thanks!
