Funished Room Across from Baruch College

Hi! I'm E, and I'm a clothing designer and artist. I have a small spare room in a ground-floor apartment (no stairs), perfect for a student at Baruch/NYU or any other school in Manhattan, or a professional who is always working and needs a convenient place in Manhattan to lay their head. The trains close by are the 6/R/W and the M101/M102/M103 uptown stops right in front of the building. Downtown bus stops are across the street. Madison Square Park is 3 blocks down from the apartment.

The room has a single loft bed with a desk and storage underneath, hardwood floors, and closet space to the side as well. Electric, heat, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer are all included. The kitchen and bathroom are shared common spaces, and the expectation is to keep everything clean and tidy between the two of us.

Please note that there is no access to the living room, as that space is used as my workspace. I work from home 50% of the time, and I'm usually away working shows and events for the other 50%. I tend to be private and usually won't disturb you past a simple greeting when I'm entering/exiting the apartment.

Looking for someone who wants to stay a minimum of 3 months, but this can be negotiated based on your situation. Open to less than 3 months, but that's on a case-by-case basis.
