I’m looking for a roommate to take over a flex room in a spacious 2-bed + flex apartment at the Parc East building (27th & 2nd Ave).
The lease runs for a full year from November 18, 2026, to November 22, 2027.

Rent: $2,215 / month
Security Deposit: $2,075
Utilities: ~$30–$40 / month (high-speed Wi-Fi, gym, and laundry room access are already included in rent)

Layout: 2 bedrooms + flex room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large shared kitchen

The flex room is large and bright, with massive east-facing windows letting in plenty of morning sun. The flex wall gap is packed with sound-dampening insulation for privacy.

Note: There's a connecting door between the two rooms that remains closed/locked at all times.

I’m Ty (25), I work in tech and primarily from home during the week. Having a peaceful, respectful home atmosphere during working hours is important to me. In my spare time, I love working out, reading, and watching/reading One Piece. I'm looking for friendly, communicative, and clean roommates to join the apartment. (I already have a guy applying for the non-flex room)

We do a weekly shared cleaning of the common areas and split the fridge/pantry space evenly.
