Hi! I'm renewing my lease on a 3-bed/2-bath at 10 Waterside Plaza and looking for two roommates to join me starting December 1. The previous tenants leaving have lived here about 5~ years so you know it's a great deal!

• 12-month term to match the lease

ABOUT ME
• 28, software engineer — in the office 4 days a week, so I'm out most weekdays
• I play soccer and tennis, easygoing and tidy
