Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment at Waterside Plaza. I’m looking to transfer my lease ASAP, so move-in for the remainder of August is available, or you can start September 1!

Your portion is $1,460/month and the bedroom is SHARED with one roommate. You would have your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom and your own closet, so while the bedroom is shared, you still have your own bathroom and personal storage space. The room is the first bedroom shown in the video :)

The apartment itself is gorgeous and has:

I originally took the apartment because I loved the building and location so much, but my work commute ended up being much farther than I expected, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.

I’m very flexible on the move-in date and would love to get someone in ASAP — even before September!
