4B/2BA, renting huge bedroom near Grand Central

Long side of bedroom - Lot of space

We have a 4 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Midtown East / Murray Hill with Washer/Dryer in unit.

Renting one bedroom out for a full year. One of our 4 roommates is moving out to live with his girlfriend so we need a fourth. Looking for someone to take his room for the full 12 month lease. The three of us are all friends from college - we would normally move to a 3B, but the apartment is great so we'd love to stay for another 12M if we're able to find someone to join the lease.

The apartment has really high (like 15+ foot) ceilings. The room available is L shaped and comes with a closet - perfect for a full / queen bed, desk, dresser, tv, etc. It is a very big room -- the living room is also very large and comes fully furnished. The only thing you'd need is to furnish the bedroom.

A little bit about us: We're 26 and all work in professional services (consulting, marketing, etc.), enjoy watching sports, spending time with friends, and are easy to get along with. We keep the place clean and have never had any issues with bugs or noise from neighbors / etc.
