I’m moving out of my room in a 3-bedroom apartment and we’re looking for someone to take over the room and join the lease with two easy-going and respectful roommates. The apartment is a great fit for someone who enjoys a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment.

The person taking over the room would be joining the lease through February 2027, with a good possibility of renewing afterward. My current roommates have also lived in the apartment for a long time, which speaks to how much we’ve enjoyed living here and the stability of the living arrangement.

I’ve lived in the Waterside Plaza community for the past five years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to live. It offers the best of both worlds - you’re still living in the city, but you also get a little bit of nature, open space, and a peaceful community atmosphere. The room offers a great amount of space and closet storage for the neighborhood, making the rent an excellent value for the area
