Hi all! My current roommate is moving out of state and I’m looking for someone to take over her bedroom in our 2 bed / 1 bath Kips Bay apartment.

The apartment is $2,660 / month each (though I’m going to see if I can negotiate down a bit), virtual doorman, in-building laundry, furnished and with Empire State Building views :) . It is technically a September 1st lease but my roommate is flexible for you to take over anytime starting August 1st.

About me: I am 25 years old, graduated from Indiana University and have lived in Manhattan for 3 years now working in finance. I like to run, read and explore restaurants in my spare time! Looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet and nonsmoking.
