Looking for a new roommate in Kips Bay/Gramercy area - July 1 start, 1 year lease. $2,250.

Hi! My current roommate is moving out when our lease ends and I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

The apartment is well-equipped (in-unit washer and dryer) and fully furnished. Great location (25th St / 3rd Ave) an easy walk to midtown for work and downtown for fun. Lots of subway stations and bus stops nearby as well.

Room has a closet and is currently equipped with a full-sized bed, dresser, and a desk. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

About me: 25 year old male working in consulting (wfh 2-3 days per week). Have been living in the city for 7 years now and love spending time with friends and experience what the city has to offer in my spare time. Super clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing.
