Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to take over a room in my 2BR apartment at Kips Bay Towers starting July 1 for a new 1-year lease. My current roommate is moving out at the end of our lease (June 30).

I’m a working professional in my late 20s—friendly, respectful, and pretty independent. I work as a graphic designer and am in-office most days (remote Mondays). I value a calm, clean, and easy-to-live-in home. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, working out, and spending time with friends.

The apartment is spacious with great views, the available room has an AC, and floor to ceiling windows (walls will also be repainted prior to move in). Building amenities include a doorman, gym, laundry, private 3- acre park, basketball court, and more. Super convenient location near Target, Fairway Market, Trader Joe's, CVS, restaurants, cafes, bars, and the NYC 6 Train, plus nearby buses.
