East 25th by the East River
Furnished flex bedroom, $1900/mo + utilities (Internet + elec ~$40-60/mo).

The unit is in Waterside Plaza (see their website for details about the property).
The flex room has a full-size bed with a mattress and pillows, all less than a year old, a wardrobe, a dresser, a desk, built-in HVAC, storage boxes on top of the partial wall, a (non-smart) TV.

We (M36 gay + M23 straight) are immigrant/friendly (we typically speak English/French/Portuguese at home), LGBT/friendly, don’t smoke or drink (teetotalers), we like to foster a peaceful, quiet, and safe home for ourselves, the dog, and the cat; looking for a 3rd roommate who would be a strong match for that environment.
Bathroom shared with one of the roommates.
Thoroughly equipped and optimized unit (floorplan, fixtures, appliances) and property (elevators, 24/7 doorman, coworking, gym, parking, etc).

Available from 7/1/2026.
Our third roommate just moved back overseas.
