🏙️I‘m looking for someone to over my lease starting February 1st. The apartment is in a doorman building in Kips Bay (27th and 2nd). Excellent location and connection to subway.

🌞17th floor, south-facing, a lot of sunlight and great views

You‘ll live with 3 flatmates (2 guys, 1 girl). They are all super nice, like to hang out together and are in their mid-20s. All work in Tech.

The room comes with a very large closet also. Ideally, I‘d like to sell some pieces of the furniture.
