The kitchen and common area is shared with two male roommates aged 25-35 yo. Current lease is set to expire 3/31/26

Building has friendly 24/7 doormen with package rooms. The area is quiet and secluded and frequently feels like you’re not even in Manhattan. The plaza has plenty of outdoor seating areas with a turf patch facing the East River. There is a small grocery store located in the plaza as well as a gym with sauna and pool (membership not included). On site parking garage is available. There is laundry in the basement of the building. Easy access to M34 bus and a less than 10 minute walk from East 34th Street and Seastreak ferries.

The apartment itself is east facing and directly overlooking the east river. Beautiful views and plenty of sunlight. Air conditioning/heating in the room. Private bathroom and two large closets for plenty of storage. The roommates are two professional males age 25-35yo who are chill and mostly keep to themselves.

Great area with great access to Hunter college, NYU dentistry, NYU Langone, Bellevue, etc.
