Hi, I’m Sophie! My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am in search of someone to take her spot.

You’d have the largest room in this charming 2b1ba apartment with large closet (and farthest from kitchen + bathroom). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this walk up building. Landry in basement!

I’ve lived in this building the past 2 years and it has been wonderful! ~6min walk to 4/5/6 line (equidistant from 28th st and 33rd st stations).

No issues with rodents/bugs and very quiet (no noise from street or neighboring units). There is a virtual doorman to enter the building, and a very responsive super that comes same day or next day when assistance is needed.

I work in CT and am in office 3 days/wk, so I’m typically gone 12+ hours the days I work in person - I work from home the other 2 days. I consider myself to be an extroverted introvert - I love being out and about on the weekends but value my alone time and generally lay pretty low during the week. In my free time I like to run, try out new restaurants, picnic in the park, thrift, and travel! I also like to keep the apartment pretty clean - I’m searching for a roommate that I can enjoy this lovely space with that will also treat it with respect!
