Large 13x12 Room w/furnished living rm&dishwasher

I am looking for a new roommate to renew my current lease with starting on September 1. The room will be vacant halfway through August, so you can move in earlier if need be. The living room is fully furnished already, so you'll only need to furnish your bedroom. It’s about 13ft by 11ft in size. I also have a projector for the living room and, two amazon echo studios and an echo sub for sound, and have added hue lights throughout the apartment. After a very messy and unclean previous roommate, I am putting an emphasis on finding someone who enjoys a clean and tidy living space like I do. I'm not a clean freak, but I believe it is important to be respectful of one another and clean up after ourselves. The apartment is a lovely space, and deserves to be treated well.

I'm a 29 year old male professional photographer and have a photo studio in SoHo where I spend a fair amount of time, but I work from home when I only need to edit, so my time is split. I like to go out regularly and have fun, and am not opposed to having people over, however I don't do so regularly. I have a 7 year old medium sized (45lb) chocolate labradoodle named Nate. He is hypoallergenic and very well behaved. He's best described as a throw pillow with teeth and you will most likely fall in love.

Gas is included, so we only split electric and internet and both are quite reasonable, together around $40-$50 each in per month. There is a laundromat below the apartment and and another half way down the block. Both do drop off fold and wash service. There are several gyms and subway lines within a ten minute walk of the apartment, which I find very convenient. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
