I am moving in with my boyfriend in April for a lease takeover timing flexible from mid April to May 1 (lease ends July 31 2021 and you'll have the option to stay and resign with the girls)

- Second room (shared bathroom): works in healthcare research; recently moved from Virginia to start her job at NYU. Just moved into the apartment in August when we renewed our lease

Both are tidy, clean and respectful and looking for a roomie with similar lifestyle and habits! We don't bring the party home but fine with having a friend over for dinner once in a while (in the pre covid life)

YOU
A working female. Clean, tidy, respectful of common areas. Ideal if you would be down for a wine night once in a while but totally fine if you keep to yourself too. Respect in the apartment is the only non-negotiable!
