Hop into new york city life with a bunch of cool new roomates to hang out with after work and explore the city! This is a lease you would take over that runs until 1/31/21(with an option to renew with all of us then!)

Furnished with large spacious balcony and plenty of modern furniture. The apartment gets lots of natural light and is located in a very central, yet quiet area of the city. Building management is AMAZING and is very communicative and safety minded with the current state of the world. Laundry, full gym, tanning area, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor grills, modern package center and 24 hour doorman/security are some of the amenities.

All the roommates are relaxed and polite professionals aged 25-28. We are all clean and respectful of the space. We are just as happy doing our own things in our rooms as having a beer together on the balcony, watching a movie or grabbing dinner!

Proximity to madison square park and the east side water front make it a great option for those who love to get outside!

Apartment is located in Kips Bay Court, with citi bike docks and access to the 6 train a short 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars all along 2nd and 3rd ave.
