Hi! Looking for someone to sublet my room (with the option to sign on to a lease Aug 1). It is a true bedroom in a spacious 3 bed (one room is flexed) 1 and a half bath apartment! The half bath is in my bedroom, you just have to share the shower with the other girls! The bedroom is spacious and can fit a queen size bed, two side tables, a dresser and a wardrobe comfortably. Closet in bedroom and coat closet in the entry way you share with other roommates (I keep coats and suitcases there). Nice size kitchen with dishwasher. In living room, there is shared space with kitchen table, couch and TV.
DOORMAN building in heart of Kips Bay/Murray Hill. Laundry in building and option for gym membership. The apartment is on the 12th floor and the room faces south. Balcony faces north, with views to north, east and west.
Roommates are both both in their late 20s and work in finance/business, no one is home constantly, so it is a nice balance. Both are respectful and clean. Everyone is pretty laid back.
