2 rooms in a 4 room Gramercy/Kips Bay apartment for $1,200. Available March 1, 2020. We would split the utilities, including Internet. The total cost for each of us each month is approx $200...that means $200 for you and $200 for me. Your total cost for living in the space would be $1400/month. Looking for one person to share this 4 room apartment on the top floor of a 6 story brownstone. The building has an elevator. We each have our own living room and bedroom (those are the two rooms) but share the kitchen and bathroom. I'm a gay guy in my 40s and am always trying to find a good tennis court in the city and someone to hit with. I often head down to my hometown in SC to see my dogs or I might go out to the Hamptons, New Hope, or a ski place in the winter. I have a mountain bike and a road bike that I love to take out around the city or to P-town. Pretty low key and easy going southern guy. Tell me about yourself. No pets allowed in the building. No couples, please.
