Less than one block from the train station, Starbucks, and multiple grocery stores. Being in the Lower East Side, it?s also a quick walk to restaurants and bars. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking or a big commute.

The roommate:
Female, tidy and respectful, visual arts student. Into anime, discovering new restaurants, art, and watching critically acclaimed movies.

When:
The apartment will be available on August 1, 2019. I would ideally like to add you to the lease by the 30th or 31st of July.
