40 Waterside Plaza - Roommate needed

Hi!

My names Josh and I am trying to move into an apartment at 40 Waterside Plaza, which has some pretty killer views from the 26th floor.

Available room is 100 square feet. Has one large closet that's goes all the way to 9ft ceiling. Also it has one large window that has a really nice view of the river, Eastern exposure (unobstructed river views) . The rent is $1150 a month. One month rent one month security. There is no fee.

Long story short, there is this really nice apartment which is convertible four bedroom with one and a half bathrooms. It is located at Waterside Plaza. It's a really nice high-rise complex in Kips Bay. Apartment is on 26th floor. 12 month lease. Lease will start on Jan 1, 2019.

I am missing compatible and qualified roommates in order to be able to rent this apartment. 4 people will be on a lease.

Mid-to-late-twenties, professionals, with good credit and no criminal background. That's roughly what we're generally seeking in prospective roommates so we can complete the group.
