Building on 2nd avenue, tons of bars, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, bodegas, barbers all within a 5-10 minute walk. About a 10 minute walk to the 6 subway on Park Ave. 20 min walk to East Village and Grand Central Station.
About the apartment and room:
18th floor apartment with balcony facing Manhattan. Apartment is spacious, 3 true bedrooms with a large living room and ample kitchen room. 1 1/2 bathrooms available for extra space in the mornings. The available room has plenty of space for a bed, bedroom furniture, TV, etc. Air conditioner in room and others throughout the apartment. Closet is in hallway. Room will be unfurnished upon arrival.
About the roommates:
We are late 20 something year old guys working standard 9-5 white collar jobs. Typically like to hang out at night watching ESPN or ducking over to happy hour around the corner once in a while. Looking for a similar person to sign onto our lease.
Security deposit required = 1 month rent. No additional fees.
