2 Bedroom Apt Only for Cat Lovers !

At the beginning to mid-November, I’ll be heading out on a trip and would love to sublet my two-bedroom apartment for one month.

I’m flexible with the dates, but the sublet would need to begin before November 15.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, desk, and office chair. The smaller bedroom, shown in green in the photos, has a comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped, and the kitchen is stocked with just about every spice you could imagine to elevate your cooking.

Located on the first floor in Inwood, at the northern tip of Manhattan, the apartment is just two blocks from the 207th Street station (A and 1 subway lines) and about 25 minutes from Midtown. It’s also a 10-minute walk from The Met Cloisters and just four minutes from Inwood Hill Park, home to Manhattan’s largest remaining native forest.

A note for cat lovers: I have two cats, Bambú and Pantera, who are an important part of the household. The rent is significantly reduced in exchange for taking good care of them during your stay, including their daily needs and plenty of attention and back scratches. I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves cats and will be happy to keep them company and make sure they’re well cared for.
