The Room: Spacious – fits a full bed + desk. Good closet space, large window with natural light. Quiet and private.

Shared Spaces: Clean kitchen, living room, one full bathroom (shared with 2 others), and a shared terrace – great for fresh air, and that's where smoking is allowed.

Roommates: 2 easygoing professionals. They smoke, but only on the terrace – not inside. No pets (firm, non-negotiable).

Rent & Fees:

· $1,550/month
· $1,550 security deposit (fully refundable at move-out, assuming no damage)
· Utilities (Con Edison & water) included – you only pay your share of WiFi (~$20/month)

Location: Minutes from the 1 and A trains; close to shops and parks.
