2 Bed/1 Bath Lease Takeover

My husband and I have a lease takeover for a 2 br/1 ba in Inwood near the intersection of Seaman Ave. and 215th. Laundry is in the building and pets are allowed. It's $2700/month and the leasing process will run through the property management company. We would be looking for someone to take over in late April/early May.

It's a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood. We have lived here for just about two years and have some of the kindest neighbors. There is a farmers market every Saturday morning just one block over. Inwood Farm restaurant is around the corner or you could walk down to Broadway for even more bars and restaurants.

We are situated right around the corner from Inwood Hill Park (great dog park if you have a pup) and the apartment has a view of the Henry Hudson bridge. We are also about a 10-15 minute walk to Ft. Tryon and the Met Cloisters. We are about a 7-10 minute walk to both the A (express) and 1 trains, so it is an easy commute to downtown.
