Green Room in Manhattan

Beautiful, bright bedroom on the first floor in Manhattan, featuring a desk, office chair, spacious closet, and plenty of natural light and plants.

I’ll be traveling in a few weeks and am looking to sublet my room for two to three months.

The room normally costs $1,300 per month, but I’m offering it for $1,000 in exchange for taking care of my cats during my trip.

The apartment has two bedrooms, and it’s likely that you’ll be sharing the space with another person (I haven’t found the second roommate yet, as I’ve just posted this listing). The goal is to have both rooms occupied during that time.

The apartment is located in Inwood, uptown Manhattan, just two blocks from the A and 1 subway lines, about 25 minutes from Midtown.

You must be comfortable with cats, as there are two living in the apartment.
