The room gets tons of light as the windows face East, and is on a high floor.

There is a double closet with sliding doors, great for a larger wardrobe and storage 😎 Room dimensions are 11.5 x 10.

The room is furnished with a full sized bed and dresser.

I have a minipoodle. She's two years old and loves to cuddle. Minipoodles are considered hypoallergenic, but please keep in mind that there is a dog in the home 🐶 she’s incredibly well behaved.

I’m a working professional. I keep a clean, tidy, and quiet home. My ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, considerate about cleaning after themselves, aware of noise and how their actions impact others, etc., and is generally pleasant to be around. 🙂
