Need roommate for 2br in Inwood!!

Bedroom for rent

I’m looking for a female roommate for the second bedroom in my 2br apartment in Inwood. Inwood is a vibrant community with tons of shops and delicious and affordable restaurants. Both the A train and 1 train are within 2 blocks for an easy and fast commute. I am a full time grad student (with in person and online classes) and I am employed full time as well. The rent is $1100 a month plus half the utilities. Heat and water are included in the rent so it is only the electric and internet that we would split. Deposit is one months rent. My lease goes until July 2024 and I am looking for someone who can stay until then if possible. If things work out, we could extend the lease. I have a cat and am open to pets. No smoking indoors. Laundry in building and there is a courtyard out back for residents. Bedroom is private and partially furnished (I purchased a mattress as I had originally intended the second bedroom to be a guest room). The living room, kitchen ads bathroom will be shared with me.
