Our appartment is a three unit building in northern Manhattan. We’re a block from the A train and close to the 1, 30-45 minutes from Midtown on public transport. We’re looking for a fourth roommate to sign a lease beginning Feb. 1, but are open to short term arrangements.
The room is very large for the price and connects directly to a sunroom and balcony. The view is largely unobstructed, and bright even in winter.
Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. WiFi and utilities are around $35/mo each and chores/cleaning is split evenly.
Our “fifth roommate” is our cat Hermie, a domestic shorthair who is playful and very good with people. You would not have to deal with feeding or litter at all, but if you have allergies this might not be the place for you. No dogs are allowed in the building.
We are happy to offer a showing of the appartment, as long as you wear a face mask and follow social-distancing guidelines.
