Seeking Female Room-Mate For Large Inwood Apt!

Large Private Furnished Bedroom

Hello!

I have a large bright 1 bedroom apt and am looking for a female room-mate ASAP. The room-mate rents the fully furnished private bedroom BUT has full access to the entire furnished apt 80% of the time because I'm usually traveling upstate. I'm an easy going design professional and love travel and cooking. I'm looking for a friendly person who will enjoy and respect my apt when I'm not there. My last room-mate lived with me for 3 years, but had to leave to care for her elderly parent. I have a letter of reference from her.

This is an IDEAL situation for a student or teacher attending Columbia, Fordham or CUNY. I am open to anyone who is fully employed and has a reference.

Bright, quiet, private apt with large windows in both the private bedroom and front room on the garden. I require occasional access, with advance notice, and if I stay over night sleep in living room. It's on the 2nd floor with Elevator, large courtyard garden and Laundry Room in the building.

Express A Train is downstairs, 1/9 Train only a few blocks away. Beautiful Inwood Park is a few blocks away, with bike path and access to the Hudson River. Friendly safe neighborhood at the top of Manhattan. Starbucks and Bakery downstairs in Building. The historic building is a lovely renovated 1930's building that takes up a full city block.

This apt is much more convenient to NYC (and Bklyn) than living way out in Bushwick...no disrespect ot Brooklyn!
