The available room is the smaller bedroom for $1,825/month. The apartment is $6,425 total, and you would be joining two current roommates. The room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom.

The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, and great natural light. WiFi and utilities are not included, but usually come out to under $75/month. There is no central AC; the apartment has radiator heat. No washer/dryer in unit and no doorman. There is a bar downstairs, but noise has not been an issue.

Amazing location near Moynihan Train Hall, Penn Station, Hudson Yards, and the A/C/E and 1/2/3 subway lines. The neighborhood is quiet but extremely convenient for commuting.

The lease is for one full year. Deposit is one month’s rent. No application fee or broker fee. There is no strict guarantor policy, but the landlord will want to see proof of income and may ask for references. The landlord is family-owned, responsive, and easy to work with.

You would be living with two clean, respectful professionals who are out of the apartment most of the time. We keep the apartment very clean and are looking for someone who does the same. Ideally looking for a clean, respectful roommate with a similar lifestyle. Pets may be considered.
