Private room/bath in rent controlled building

The last roommate fell through 🥲 so the room is available for move in asap! Looking for someone to take over my room as I moved out of the country. The lease runs through the end of August 2026 with the option to renew. Move in available now!

A furnished bedroom is available in the Emerald Green, a rent-controlled luxury building in Midtown Manhattan—a rare find in the city and a building that almost never has openings. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and 24/7 door and package staff, making it extremely secure. The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath with a very spacious private terrace. As you can see in the photo, I often set up my aerial hoop and invited friends over to work out during the warmer months.

The room comes furnished with a full-size bed, a large L shaped desk with drawers, and 2 large floor to ceiling closets. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Your own private bathroom is just outside of the room. Small pets, including cats, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Female roommate preferred, please.

Your potential roommate (Isabel) is a young professional who works remotely in the solar industry. She enjoys crocheting, painting, and watching Asian dramas. She’s looking for another considerate young professional who’s clean, respectful, and not hosting frequent gatherings at home.
