Availability: November 8 through the end of March, with the possibility of taking over the lease for the following year.

- West-facing room: Great natural light and lovely afternoon sun.
- Unfurnished apartment: I’ll be taking my furniture with me, so both the bedroom and living room will be empty. You’ll have a blank canvas to furnish and make your own.
- Roommate: You’ll share the apartment with a very nice, quiet, and clean woman in her mid-20s.

Located at 48th Street and 8th Avenue, right in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen.

- 3 minutes to the C and E trains

Super convenient for getting around Manhattan and the rest of the city!

A Few Things to Know:
The apartment is on the 6th floor of a walk-up, so be prepared for some stairs. It might seem challenging at first, but I got used to it surprisingly quickly. And honestly, having your own private terrace in Manhattan makes it worth it!
