Looking for a good roommate to share my one bedroom in the heart of Hell's Kitchen, on West 48th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. Restaurant Row is a two minute walk, and Ninth Avenue is lined with some of the best food in the city. Broadway theaters fill the surrounding blocks, and Times Square is about four minutes away. Close enough to walk to whenever you want, far enough that you don't deal with the crowds at your front door. When you need some green, Central Park is about a 12 minute walk up Eighth Avenue to Columbus Circle. Hudson River Park is about 15 minutes west if you'd rather run or watch the sunset over the water. The apartment is on the sixth floor of a walk up building, so there are stairs and no elevator. You'd have your own private bedroom and share the living room. It's fully furnished and gets great natural light. The best part is the walk out patio, which is rare in this neighborhood and perfect for morning coffee or a drink at night.
