We’re looking for someone to take over this room in a great apartment located around 42nd Street & 9th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, as one of our roommates is leaving at the end of the current lease. This is a one-year lease starting December 1st.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for a bed, desk, and storage. The apartment is located on the 39th floor, offering an amazing view over Midtown and Hell's Kitchen.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and you’ll share one bathroom with one roommate. We’re looking for someone who is clean, chill, respectful, and outgoing.

The building also offers a laundry room and gym + 24/7 doorman.

📍 Great location: 5–10 minutes’ walk from most subway lines at Times Square, with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, and grocery stores nearby.
