My roommate is moving out for a different job so the room is opening up. I'm Eli, 24, and I moved in about two months ago. I'm at the office late five days a week so I'm hardly ever home. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself.

The apartment has a kitchen, living room with exposed brick and hardwood floors, and a shared bathroom. It's at 312 West 48th St, Apt 28.

I have a cat named Olive. Cats are welcome here but unfortunately dogs won't work in this building.
