Looking for 1 Roommate – Hell’s Kitchen

2 Bed apartment in Hell’s Kitchen on 10th Avenue. The lease would begin 11/15 and finish at the end of July 2027. It’s on the 8th floor with elevators and stairs available. I currently live in the building, but upgrading to a new apartment with two rooms, rather than one.

The apartment would be fully furnished, aside from your bed and anything you want in your room, because I already have furniture, TV, cleaning supplies, and anything else you’d need. I also have a spare AC unit already and internet which we can split.

The apartment has a front desk concierge, gym, Amazon package locker, outdoor courtyard, parking, and in-building laundry. All utilities are included. The apartment is on the 8th floor. It’s also a ~10 minute walk to the C and E trains, and a ~15 minute walk to the N, R, W and 1 trains. 10th Ave is a bit quieter, but if you go over a block to 9th, there are a on of restaurants and bars (it’s nice to have a bit of quiet!).

I work a hybrid job M-F. I’m quiet, clean, and happy to coordinate to make sure we’re both comfortable in the space. I’m a 24-year-old girl, looking for a female roommate.
